Born in Houston—Chef has flashes of BBQ as a baby, but nothing more vividly then Mom’s cooking. Food is something that consumes our soul from memory and is the definition of comfort food.

A 20-year history in the family catering business provided direction. Now Chef Gera specializes in Asian fusion and the finest Wagyu Beef. Exotic meats, fresh local seafoods and crisp veggies make up the menu.
